Version 1.0
Effective Date: August 2026
DayStalkers and the Bigfoot Atlas are research, documentation, mapping, analytical, educational, and informational resources operated as part of Cryptanthropus LLC.
Information provided through DayStalkers and Bigfoot Atlas should not be interpreted as a claim that Bigfoot, any cryptid, or any reported encounter has been scientifically or biologically verified.
Bigfoot Atlas may contain historic reports, witness accounts, archival material, public records, research material, user submissions, and information obtained from third-party sources.
A report's inclusion in the Atlas means that information has been preserved or presented for research and analysis. Inclusion does not, by itself, establish that an encounter occurred as reported or that the reported subject has been identified.
Historical and submitted information may contain errors, conflicting accounts, approximate dates or locations, incomplete documentation, misidentifications, transcription errors, or unsupported claims.
Atlas features may include clusters, hotspots, state and county rankings, Probability Heat, Habitat Heat, movement corridors, proximity results, Timeline Explorer visualizations, confidence indicators, and other analytical outputs.
These outputs are mathematical, geographic, statistical, environmental, computational, or interpretive analyses derived from available information. They do not represent confirmed creature presence, verified movement, biological identification, wildlife tracking, scientific proof, or guaranteed predictions of future activity.
Hotspot and analytical markers may represent calculated geographic centers rather than individual sighting locations. A marker may therefore appear over a road, developed area, waterway, private property, or another location near the geographic center of qualifying reports.
Locations displayed by the Atlas may be exact, approximate, generalized, inferred, historically described, geocoded, or otherwise derived from available source information.
Coordinates and map locations should not be relied upon for navigation, property-boundary determination, emergency response, or legal identification of land ownership.
Any field investigation, travel, observation, hiking, camping, driving, or other activity undertaken after viewing information through DayStalkers or Bigfoot Atlas is undertaken at the user's own risk.
Users are responsible for evaluating weather, terrain, road conditions, wildlife, personal safety, emergency access, land ownership, closures, and other hazards before entering an area.
DayStalkers and Bigfoot Atlas do not provide professional safety, medical, wildlife-management, emergency, navigation, or legal advice.
Nothing displayed by DayStalkers or Bigfoot Atlas grants permission to enter private property, restricted land, closed roads, protected areas, archaeological sites, environmentally sensitive locations, or any location where access is prohibited or restricted.
Users are responsible for obtaining required permission and complying with trespass laws, public-land regulations, wildlife laws, local ordinances, closures, permit requirements, and other applicable laws and rules.
DayStalkers may reference or link to archives, publications, researchers, reporting organizations, government sources, mapping providers, payment processors, hosting services, databases, social platforms, and other third-party resources.
Reference to a third party does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or approval unless expressly stated.
DayStalkers does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their availability, content, accuracy, security, privacy practices, or policies.
Public-domain material remains public domain, and third-party material remains subject to the rights of its respective owners.
Unless otherwise stated, original DayStalkers and Bigfoot Atlas software, databases, interfaces, documentation, branding, analytical systems, classifications, geographic models, visualizations, compilations, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Cryptanthropus LLC and/or Daniel Reidmiller.
The inclusion or citation of source material does not constitute a claim of ownership over material belonging to another person or organization.
DayStalkers, Bigfoot Atlas, and related Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made concerning the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, timeliness, security, or suitability of reports, data, maps, classifications, statistics, analytical outputs, or other information.
Users should independently evaluate information before relying upon it. Atlas reports and analytical outputs should not be treated as factual determinations, professional advice, instructions to enter a particular location, or guarantees concerning present or future activity.
These Legal Notices & Disclaimers supplement the DayStalkers Terms of Service. Use of DayStalkers and Bigfoot Atlas remains subject to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Refund and Digital Services Policy, and other applicable policies.
Questions concerning these notices, attribution, copyright, or other legal matters may be submitted through the DayStalkers contact page.
