No portion of the Services may be reproduced, redistributed, scraped, copied, downloaded, mirrored, stored, transmitted, sold, or republished without prior written permission.
Automated scraping, bulk extraction, dataset harvesting, or derivative commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Public-domain materials remain subject to their original source rights. DayStalkers does not claim ownership of public-domain content and does not assert affiliation with private reporting organizations unless explicitly stated.

Submissions must not contain knowingly false information, personal identifying data about others, or illegal content.
DayStalkers may review, delay, edit, classify, or remove submissions at its discretion to protect dataset integrity.
Certain features may require an account or paid access. Access is granted at our discretion and may be revoked for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
Clusters, heatmaps, corridors, and likelihood layers are interpretive visualizations derived from reported data and analytical methods.
They do not represent confirmed biological presence, scientific validation, or predictive certainty.
All outputs are for informational and research purposes only.
The Services may reference field research, travel, or outdoor activity. Any such activity is undertaken at your own risk.
You are responsible for complying with all laws, including trespass, wildlife, and local regulations.
