DayStalkers provides access to digital research tools, data, and membership-based services. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment or account authorization.
Because access is delivered instantly, services are considered fulfilled once access is provided.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, all digital services are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
If a billing error occurs, it will be reviewed and corrected upon verification.
Subscription-based services may renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Users are responsible for managing and cancelling their subscriptions before renewal if they do not wish to continue service.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior charges.
Access to the Services may be suspended or terminated for violations of the Terms of Service or misuse of the platform. No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to violations.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers. Those providers’ terms and conditions govern payment handling, billing methods, and transaction security.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may result in suspension of access to the Services.
